I am not aware of any libraries to parse these formats. You could use binary streams to read the file yourself, but that's easier said than done for formats as complex as these. You might have better luck reading .svg files. A cursory glance on Google shows up a couple of libraries that can parse and render these formats. Not sure about their production-readiness.
