Hi Sivashanmugam,

Have you placed the crossdomain.xml in the root of 
http://directory.actknowledge.org?
Which means that when you hit http://directory.actknowledge.org/crossdomain.xml
you should be able to see your crossdomain file and that file should
have an entry to allow access from "207.45.182.2" or "*" which means
allow access from anywhere.
