I want to draw a border to a circle in Flex.Below is the code which I
used to draw the circle.
<s:Ellipse x="0" y="0" width="100" height="100">
<s:fill>
<s:SolidColor color="white"/>
</s:fill>
</s:Ellipse>
Can anyone please let me know how can I draw the border to the circle
