As u r in a process of learning flex,even u can learn Flex with
java once u entered into the industry.
So many articles available in net for flex.Try to learn flex 4.
Do some sample projects and tasks, while searching for job explain
them tat u have done ur own projects/tasks in it.
Update ur resume with ur flex projects/tasks.

*Once u r ready for the interview,prepare urself with flex
