Thank you so much.... like said in the forum, it is an AIR 2.5 and network
Monitor issue. Disabling Network Monitor seems working.

I think when we do usb debugging with Network Monitor on, it modifies the
url which Andoird device can't find and fails.. still needs to do more
research on it though..
