Thank you so much.... like said in the forum, it is an AIR 2.5 and network Monitor issue. Disabling Network Monitor seems working.
I think when we do usb debugging with Network Monitor on, it modifies the url which Andoird device can't find and fails.. still needs to do more research on it though.. thanks.
