Offshore Part-time Flex Developer Employment Korean based RIA Solution Company is looking for part-time offshore developer who is expert on Flex, OOP, Architecture and Design Patterns. Your will be working on tasks we give for around 4 hours each day. Tasks may vary from time to time such as component development, making design, architecture and developing solution and etc. Some time you would have pressure of work due to the deadline of the main project, some time you would not have any tasks to work on. In either case, you would receive fixed amount of monthly salary. So you need to be able to manage your time and 2 work pressure. Benefit: - secure extra earning while you are employed at your location - flexible time of work(not setting exact from and to time duration as long as you complete the task-you can choose what time you work such as in the evening, morning or at night) Requirements/Criteria - at least 3 years of experience on Flex (Java is plus but not mandatory) - Previous component development experience is preferable - Good experience of OOP, architecture and design patterns - Good at communication, reporting and documentation - Good at time management - Responsible and strong sense of deadline Procedure 1.
