Create mxml component with HBox as root component.
Inside it you can keep bullet (an image of bullet or create your own
graphic using graphics class)
and a text area.
Inside script, you can define setter/getter methods to set the text
for text area. Keep height/widths in % so that the text is arranged
accordingly. You can keep setter/geeter methods to set other
properties for text area like word wrap.
