Please allow us to introduce an alternative to TLF. Check out AtomWrite at http://www.atomwrite.com another commercial quality flash rich text editor. Currently it supports image (inline and float) as well as image caption (a feature that's not commonly seen on other online text editors). CSS is supported too.
