Prasad, I have this type functionality in 2 ways.
1. Created an SWF, which runs in the browser for a user and provide the data thru flasfVars, where flashVars stores a url of an XML file(Containing data) which then load the data in the chart. This process saves the compiling time for a new SWF. But I created it as it was under an intranet/same domain where users from outside domain could not access it. As the XML can be readily downloaded by any outside which is really a big time security breach. 2. I used to create the main.MXML (application mxml) at run time thru php which used to write the file to src folder of my project and then I used run the mxmlc command on this MXML to create the swf which was then emailed to our client. The second process is really huge but is damn secure.
