hi sowmya,
1. there is way u can give by declaring channel in flexside and to the
channel u can give endpoint dynamically.
2. while creating Newproject, there u will have options to select
application server type.
if u select application server type to J2ee then u will have rootfolder,
rootUrl and context root.
u have to give those three fields.
