Hi,
You can acheive this with option button. But if you want a solution with
checkbox, add 5 option button and apply the skin like checkbox.
since you are using option button you can select only one at a time. so
you dont need to do anything to make it work with only one selection at
a time
If optionbutton is in selected state , display the image like checkbox
with selected state.
If optionbutton is not in selected state , display the image like
checkbox with non selected state.
