Implement core features and functionalities of the product. 2. At least 3 years of experience in software development position focused on rapidly building scalable & reliable software applications and platforms. 3. Strong experience in java development with sound knowledge of core java concepts. 4. Strong understanding of multi-threading, design patterns, data structures and algorithms. 5. Strong understanding of Object Oriented programming concepts. 6. Hands on experience in developing solutions using Spring, JMS, Hibernate and/or Struts. 7. Hands on experience with Apache ActiveMQ or other message queuing service. 8. Hands on experience using built tools (Jenkins, Ant, Maven etc.) and source control management (SVN, GIT etc.). 9. Hands on experience and understanding of relational databases like MySQL, MS SQL Server. 10. Adhere to agile/scrum development methodologies. 11. Create, review, and maintain all required technical documentation of developed features and functionalities to ensure supportability and reuse. 12. Hands on experience and Knowledge of UI Technologies or Frameworks like HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Adobe Flex. 13. Adhere to software development best practices and source control processes. 14. Work closely with users, technical leads, project managers, and other cross-functional development teams. 15. Willingness to learn new technologies. 16. Comfortable with both windows and Linux environments. *Academic Qualifications:* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from Tier 1 colleges such as IITs, NITs, IISc, BITS is a plus.
