*Job Responsibilities* - Sr. Flex developer - Deliver across the entire app life cycle –concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores and support. - Gather requirements around functionality and translate those requirements into elegant functional solutions - Build prototypes. - Working with the back end developers to build the interface with focus on usability features. - Optimizing performance for the apps. - Keep up to date on the latest industry trends in the current technologies. *Job Technical Skills * - Strong OO design and programming skills in Flex is must. - Should have hands on experience in developing Adobe AIR desktop, mobile applications using Spark theme. - Knowledge about FlexUnit is a plus. - Familiar with ANT, Maven is a plus - Familiar with Java-Flex Communication is a plus - Knowledge about AMF protocol is a plus - Working knowledge in some frameworks like Cairngorm, PureMVC, etc., is a plus *Person specification: * - Ability to multi task and good time management skills. - Ability to work on their own and as a part of the team. - Excellent scoping and estimation skills. - Excellent testing/ QA skills. - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to liaise with various departments locally and internationally.
