I made some changes to the flexbackup perl script that implement the following:

- timestamp files for backups from remote hosts are kept on the remote hosts.
This solves the problem that ctime could not be considered on remote files.

- timestamp files are created at the start of the backup rather than at the
end. When timestamp files are created at the end of the backup, files that
change or are created while the backup is in progress will not be considered
for subsequent backups with higher backup level.

I'm running this version on my system and it works fine. Is there a place where
I can submit the changes?
