[flexcoders] Get the fontWeight of a datagrid header.

Is there a way of getting the fontWeight, color, style... of the column header 
in a datagrid?

I am writing a component that converts a datgrid to excel, and would like to 
make the spreadsheet look as similar as possible to the data grid.
