Like the word "Flex" ;-) I am not familiar with the search engine on the site (it's htsearch), but I am guessing it updates the index periodically (weekly/monthly), and it hasn't yet added flexcoders mail to its index. Once it does, we should be able to search through the archives. Here's an example of a yahoogroups list that is searchable: http://www.mail-archive.com/a-1-computer_tech%40yahoogroups.com/ (search for "DSL" for example).
