Nope, mine did the same thing it freezes when a change to the CSS is made. I tried using TopStyle for my CSS seperate for Flex Builder and again it seemed to lockup a bit.
It also fluctuates in that sometimes its fine, other days its not... so its hard to pinpoint where and why...
