Hey Vinny,
Sounds like your machine setup is a bit goosed; is this the first time
you've installed
Flex/Java ? I'm not the best person to describe the
integrated JRun install, and if/how
that sets things like JAVA_HOME correctly.
But sounds like your problems are a little more fundamental than Flex
right now...
