I am a person that had/has success with this. Unfortunately our production system now sits with tons of debug and test code, because as soon as we take it out, we get the error.
I would suggest you add your name to the wishlist so Macromedia can fix this riduculous bug. The compiler should return proper code - ALWAYS. It is particularly difficult to find if you change several components etc and then compile - you might NEVER find where you made the mistake.
