You should have one “site”per Flex root (…/servers/default/flex). Other setups can cause problems.

I was trying to work on a laptop with Flexbuilder 1.5 and I can't help but feel that the resons for the softare not working right as far as letting me set up a testing server is because the spyware software the computer uses has detected issues. Is it possible that this could interfere with the programming and the software working right. Because even when I follow the instructions it still says I am not setting up a testing server and other times it works.
