Hey all, Just a quick email - Alistair and I have both had the long weekend off; we are literally finishing the final chapter or two, and I believe that we're looking at end of next month for availability in the shops.
We're not including a CD with the book, but the source code for everything in the book will be made available for readers to download. We do discuss performance of UI development in some detail throughout the book; I'll see if we can't get the introductory chapters and table of contents available as a PDF download.
