Apologies if this is rehashing old ground but a decent
amount of Googling(tm) didn't answer my question.
I have read everywhere about the kinds of applications Flex
is aimed at (RIA self service, product configuration, direct manipulation etc)
however in reality I may want to offer such an application over several channels
and devices (i.e. web browser, partially connected and
mobile)
Now if I have this requirement, I would not want to write
different applications for different channels, but I can't find anything that
positions Flex reltive to Flash Lite and lets me know what (if anything) to
expect. Can I write an application based (at least partially) on Flex and expect
mobile devices with (perhaps some future version of) Flash Lite installed to be
able to use it?
Any official position that somehow I have failed to
find?
Any opinions to share?
