Vandan, Flex, in and of itself, does not truly have the ability to add, edit or delete data from a db. What you can do is call a webservice that performs those actions.
Check out some of the samples in the Flex Explorer on Macromedia's web site for some good specifics as to what flex can do. You will find some really good working samples on www.cflex.net and on my site, http://www.flexauthority.com. Give them a look and give it a shot!
