Need an easy way to dump XML results to a file?

It would be convenient when receiving an XML payload via a remote
service to be able to dump the returned it to a file for debuggin,
diagnostics, etc. Can someone suggest a simple way to do this? Perhaps
using <mx:Model> ? Thanks.
