I have design off, and nothing changed really - same lag. Actually the
recompile (aka Run) wasn't that bad in terms for latency, its more
switching tabs between various mxml files and css files within the
builder.

It appears that once i update a CSS file, and select a MXML file that
makes use of that CSS file's class, it needs to re-initialize its code
hints or something along those lines.

I think its a bug in truth but anyway, just means i'll have to be a
little more patient... ;)
