Hey Rafael, Hands up, the PDF is half-complete, and the pressures of consulting work has meant that we've never had time to complete the docs.
However ... the good news is that when we manage to find the time needed to pull together the next release of Cairngorm, there will be significantly more documentation and sample documented apps.
