Just add a keyDown handler on the ComboBox
and check if event.code == Key.ENTER and do your thing I guess. The ComboBox’s
default enter behavior is to simply close the dropdown if it’s open.

tried it, plus it is not the purpose of the "enter" event if you read
the docs.

Try the "Enter"
event. It should be dispatched when the enter key is pressed
with the Combo in focus.
