Hey Jester, thanks for the response and the workaround, that seems like the only way to get around this problem...
I'm not sure composition is really an adequate replacement for inheritance though. Hasn't anyone else run into this? Isn't this a major show-stopper for any real OO application? Is there any logical way to justify this behavior? Does anyone else use Design Patterns in their development? (I'm talking about the Gang of Four stuff, not just semi-macromedia-MVC) Anyone? lb.
