Yep, CFMX 7 Provides a very limited version of Flex 1.5. It does some basics but for advanced developments in MXML etc you will need Full Blown Flex.

For that you need Flash (or Flex). The charting part works just the same way as the flash forms, only CFMX puts in a different swf template.
