The price for maintenance is based on the price you paid, not any new prices for new packaging that might be in place at a future date.

When our maintenance period ends and we decide to extend the maintenance will the price for the new maintenance be based on the original price (12k) or the product's price at that moment in time? According to what Ian just wrote I would expect the first, is this right? Thanks, Dirk. > PS One bit of good news - annual maintenance is based on > the price you paid for the product, so getting it at the > 'old' price means we pay less for maintenance in future years.
