Thanks for the workaround -- I appreciate it.
For the time being, though, I think I'll just have to put with the
warnings -- it's just not worth muddying up the intent of my code to fix
a compiler error. Especially, since it's only resulting in warnings.
I do hope that the Flex team can get around to fixing this for the next
release.
