That first dude's a crackhead... he obviously has no clue of what's going on 
in the Flash & Flex open-source world and all it's different avenue's.  It's 
bad enough the guy's an educator preaching this stuff, but it's even worse 
if he really doesn't (since he admits he's a fan of Flash).

Maybe it's not fair of me to think badly of Creative Common licenses, but if 
this zealot had a hand in creating them, it certainly negative affects my 
viewpoint of them.

The same applies for Flex since you have access to how it generates the
