Are you running Tomcat on a window server?
I've got my Flex 1.5 running on a Tomcat server (winwdows xp).
For example. I've installed my tomcat on :
C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat 5.0\
I just placed the files
- flex.war
- samples.war
- profiler.war
in the path
C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat 5.0\webapps\
then I started Tomcat.
and I can connect to the samples by going to

This XML file does not appear to have any style information
associated with it. The document tree is shown below.
Since i am not familiar with java i need some more hints here...
