This seems to work off & on !
I tried this:
<mx:Model id="properties" source="properties.xml" />
<mx:Label text="{properties.wsdlURL}"/>
and it works fine.
however, this does not work:
<mx:WebService id="ws" wsdl="{properties.wsdlURL}"
any ideas ?
