Can you be more specific about the problems you are having ?
If you deploy samples.war into the webapp directory on Tomcat,
does it expand without any errors, and what happens when you
then try to view the samples ?
There are certainly many people here running Flex on various
incarnations of Tomcat, so there shouldn't be any issues.
