[flexcoders] Making a page with a video clip

One of the sample pages has a clip on it and its written like this <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>   <mx:Application xmlns:mx="http://www.macromedia.com/2003/mxml">       <mx:MediaPlayback width="300" height="300" contentPath="../assets/clip.flv" controllerPolicy="on"/>   </mx:Application>  What I want to know is does the file that it plays have to be a flv file and if so is there a way to say convert a WMV file to a flv file or to do the same thing with an rm file? If not how do I make a video that is going to be a flv file I mean do I use a camera what do I use? I am asking because video has always impressed me and I want to know how to do it for anything I do in the future involving flex? Yahoo!
