A major insane way if you're feeling adventuerous. Go to the AS2Draw or similiar drawing actionscript classes; then, utilizing DENG, convert you're drawing to SVG XML. From that point, you can pass it to a server-side script that can take the SVG to convert to whatever format you like. Thinking out loud here...
