Just read that from the FAQ:

http://www.macromedia.com/software/flex/productinfo/faq/#item-f15

"What does the announcement of Zorn mean for Flex Builder?
When it is released, Zorn will replace Flex Builder as the primary
tool for developing applications that leverage the Macromedia Flex
framework. Zorn may implement some features differently, but the
intent is that Zorn will provide even greater utility for Flex
developers. At this point in time, Flex customers should continue to
use Flex Builder or third-party tools for development. After the
release of Zorn, Macromedia will continue to support Flex Builder 1.5
in accordance with standard maintenance and support policies"

So that means if I read between lines that there will be no new
version of FlexBuilder until Zorn is released, we keep 1.5 until the
end of year.
So if I understand correctly, Zorn will be release in the same time as
Flex 2 is released... (we probably will not be able to create
applications using 100% of flex 2.0 big-big enhancements under 1.5
FlexBuilder, no ?)

Should we consider an end of year target for the release of flex 2.0 ?

Cheers, r0main
