I saw that sample a while back but I was actually wondering if there
was a commercial service that returned jpgs based on criteria.  I was
looking at mapinfo.com but it is a lot more that I need.   The google
map service would be good but they don't have a program where they
allow their maps in a commercial application nor do they return the
maps longitude and latitude stats.
