I am pretty sure he’s referring to the flex-config setting.  Unless you have set it, and you would know, you are running in development mode.

 

This is different than the Trial license which reverts to a Developers license.

I would guess it has reverted to development mode by now, but not certain.  I'll look at the web app server's logs.
