Hi, I tried using a transparent shield, defining a VBox with an alpha value 0 on top of everything else. Unfortunately I have borders surrounding boxes underneath, and putting this transparent box on top makes these borders "below" disappear (is this intended behaviour ?)- which is of course not what I want. And I still resist making a new separate skin file to be used in one component only. Thanks, guys and gals, but any further suggestions?
