it seems you got answer , I belive its best practise to have individual copy of 
amfphp bcos major thing is only services folder

You only have to use one for all your services. I personally don't like doing 
this though. I like running different apps in different subdomains for security 
purposes. If the app is on a different domain then your services, make sure to 
set up your crossdomain. xml to allow the host your services are sitting on.
