Then instead of using popUpManager, just add children to the module, the transparent sprite and then your "popup"

Unfortunately that wouldn't quite work because I would like the popup to be only inside the module. There are drop down menu's on top of the module that have to be able to drop down over the popup. The real issue is that when you set the parent of the popup to a specific view it still popups it up to the main application. I was thinking maybe I could give my view it's own instance of the system manager? Not really sure though. I could always just add it as a child and handle it that way. Then I could control it's index.
