Hi,

The button bar is just a normal container that reacts to a dataProvider
collection event system.

If you know the index of the dataProvider item, just use;

var button:Button = myBar.getItemAt(index) as Button
button.enabled = false;

I can't remember if NavBar has a method that actually returns a button.
