The feature of that tool is that it shows this information in runtime. User just hovers(or something like this) over a button for example and tooltip with the info bubbles out. I have a set of nested containers and one of them has undesired scrollers there, so I would like to know which of them is guilty :) That is the reason I am searching this tool.
