Hey Kenny,
UIComponent has a focusThickness style, changing that changes the focus rectangle. Shown at, http://blog.flexexamples.com/2008/05/24/setting-the-focus-thickness-on-a -numericstepper-control-in-flex/ Any help? Gk. Our designers have some skins for radiobuttons and sliders amongst others, but the skins for these components do not show the focus rectangle properly. I'm try to change it programmatically but is it easier to do it in flash (is so how, it seems to be based on the registration point + some other value for the width and height). I have changed the focusPane sprite but I'm still getting the normal focus outline and I'm also getting some display issue when I change the focusPane on the radioButton. As you can see the blue outline isn't quite right and tweaking the skin in flash doesn't seem to help. And the slider thumb just doesn't show a highlight. I'm thinking that we just need to modify the over state for the thumbSkin on the slider to mimic the focus, again any suggestions otherwise. Cheers.
