Id like to find a Flex developer among a couple of other people who would like to collaborate in creating a website and possibly an accompanying Air application (as the secure delivery application).
Im an audio and video specialist who is also proficient in graphic and motion graphic design. i know my way around html and Css, including content management systems and eCommerce. Hosting and its technologies are also nothing new to me.. But i am no developer Flex or Air wise.. The website i have in mind is a site for DVJ's (Digital video jockeys, i can explain more and i can also explain my unique vision and show the amazing and sometimes breathtaking result these technologies can achieve). The site would be where they could purchase stock videos, music videos from other artists and other samples and bits of stock (sound bites and motion graphics). Although i think we shouldn't aim at any one genre the trance genre has seen success in similar delivery options before. So i have made preliminary contact with the labels and promoters and shall make more contact soon. Project permitting. This is of course a project, so as first i cannot offer payment, as i wouldn't be paid either, but when the website is up and running money made will be shared equally, and i am adamant about a fair share and a deal for all people and innovators, this is how the internet works and will continue to grow of course... So to recap is this the right place to find flex developers or where could i be looking, perhaps there is a website dedicated to online projects?
