Very simple program, use a textinput box :-

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<mx:Application xmlns:mx="http://www.adobe.com/2006/mxml"; 
layout="absolute" width="100%">
<mx:TextInput x="10" y="10"/>
</mx:Application>

Then, press ALF-F to access "File" menu of FireFox
or press Ctrl-L or ALT-D to access "Address Bar".
All these keys didn't work.

Press [TAB] only circular in document, can't go 
to address bar.

It works in IE !
