No need to migrate projects, if it uses AMFPHP - keep using it.   
AMFPHP will probably still be used by those who don't want to mess  
with Eclipse.  ZendAMF ( as it sounds now ) is going to be a plug-in  
for Eclipse and Flex Builder.
