[flexcoders] flex library project compile errors --->bugs<--- degrafa library project

Hard working peoples,

keep getting these errors like these....

Could not resolve <degrafa:Circle> to a component implementation. 
Meanwhile, other components in the name space work.

Does upgrading to 3.1 sdk fix compiler bugs like these?
